Application

**Please note: All application materials must be submitted to the international affairs office at your home university. Senshu University only accepts students who applied through your home university. For more information on application, etc., please contact the international affairs office at your home university.

For application, you will need;

1. Application Form (attach a recent photo) -- (PDF98KB)
2. Homestay Registration Form (attach a recent photo) -- (PDF1,564KB)
3. Two recent photos for I.D. (4 cm x 3 cm)

For the JASSO (Japan Student Services Organization) Scholarship application, you will need the following documents in addition to the above forms (if applicable).

1. Detailed reasons why the applicant wishes to participate in this program and what s/he wishes to study during her/his stay in Japan -- (PDF 44KB)
2. A photocopy of applicant's passport (pages with personal information and also stamped at the immigration of past visits to foreign countries)
3. Original grade reports issued by home university
4. Certificate of Enrollment of the Applicant for JASSO Short-term Student Exchange Promotion Program (Inbound) Scholarship -- (PDF 60KB)
5. Four pictures (4cm x 3cm)
