1. You should mail the documents listed above by the application deadline for each term. (Application must be received on or before this date.) Because of our limited dormitory capacity, you are advised to mail in the necessary documents immediately after making your decision to apply.

The application form and all supporting documents should be assembled and sent together to:

2. Upon receipt of the application documents, a placement test form will be sent to each applicant by Senshu University in order to determine which class level will be appropriate. The test sheet will be sent after the application deadline date.
3. Please complete the test and return it to us by the designated date. It can be sent by facsimile prior to mailing the original.
4. Based on your placement test results and our dormitory capacity, you will be notified whether or not you have been accepted to the program that you applied for.
**Please note:
We may not be able to offer programs in the following cases. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
*In the event there are less than six applicants for a class on the basis of the results of the placement test given prior to your arrival.
*In the event there are too many applicants for a class so we are unable to accommodate at the university dormitory. In this case, applications will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.
5. Upon receipt of our notice of acceptance,please pay the entire program cost including application fee, tuition & fees and cost for housing (if you wish to stay at our dormitory) by wire (telegraphic transfer) to the bank account mentioned on our notice of acceptance by the payment deadline designated for each term.
6. A "Letter of Acceptance" will be mailed to each participant upon receipt of the whole amount. Therefore, please complete the payment as soon as our approval is received, so that you can start the procedures for obtaining the visa(if you need).
