International Exchange Program

Participants in the International Exchange Program at Senshu University are required to attend regular classes conducted in Japanese. Upon screening students’ application forms, each student will be assigned to an appropriate school and department as well as a suitable advisory professor for their studies. This is a non-degree program with courses available at either the undergraduate or graduate level.

Scholarship Information:

MEXT Scholarship 2024 *NEW
This MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) scholarship is only available for graduate students from partner universities.

Applicants are not required to submit the "Application for The International Exchange Student Program 2024-2025".

Qualifications

  1. Applicants must meet the condition specified in The Application Guidelines(2024年度大学推薦(研究留学生)募集要項【一般枠等】) by MEXT. The Application Guidelines can be downloaded from the following link. https:/www.mext.go.jp/a_menu/koutou/ryugaku/1423055_00013.htm
  2. Applicants must be accepted by Senshu University under a student exchange agreement.
  3. Applicants should have clear study plans related to a field of study available at Senshu University.   4. Applicants must intend to enter a regular course of study at Senshu University and take the entrance examination for a graduate school (master's or doctoral program) while enrolled as an exchange student at Senshu University.
